Welcome to Buffalo State!

Congratulations and welcome to our Bengal community. We can't wait to see you online for your New Student Orientation! Before you log in for your live session, there are a few things you need to know in order to get started.

New Student Technology Set-Up

Activate your Banner, Gmail, Blackboard, Degreeworks, and Bengal Success Portal accounts with the Information Technology (IT) department.
When activated these accounts can be accessed on the MyBuffState page.

Request your Bengal ID card

To request please complete the Bengal ID card request form.

Submit your immunization and Health Records

Submit the New Student Health Form
Submit the online Meningitis Information Response Form
Get Familiar with the Weigel Wellness Center

Apply for Housing and Meal Plans

For residents: Submit you online Residence Hall and Meal Plan application and payment
After you receive a housing packet: get your room assignment, contact your new roommate; and learn about Residence Hall Services.
For Commuters: Review Dining options designed for you! Commuter Tip Sheet
