Week of Welcome at Buffalo State University is a series of programs hosted by student organizations and the campus community to welcome our students during the first week of the semester! Bengals After Dark: Grocery Bingo | Student Union Social Hall, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
SLE, USG, and Student Care and Support are teaming up to host a grocery bingo! Stop by for your chance to win a fun array of grocery-related prizes.
Event Requirements
The event takes place between January 27 and January 31
The event is sponsored by a Buffalo State campus department or registered student organization
Individuals are not permitted to submit events to the Week of Welcome calendar.
The sponsoring campus department or student organization has submitted a space reservation with Events Management or the Campbell Student Union
Please reach out to studentunion@buffalostate.edu for any space requests in the Campbell Student Union and eventmgmt@buffalostate.edu for any space requests in academic buildings, outdoor spaces and alternative areas.
The event must be posted on Bengal Connect.

We do our best to update the website in a timely manner. Events will be uploaded as they are approved.
If we decline your event, we will reach out to your organization/department directly to discuss what steps must be taken in order for your event to be included in the Week of Welcome calendar.
