Please complete the application below to apply for the Building Assistant position. Student employees will be scheduled 10-15 hours per week and will work a set schedule based on availability.
Student Staff Positions
Building Manager
- Assist in managing daily operations of the Campbell Student Union including scheduling, custodial /maintenance, and room assignments/set-ups.
- Work closely with student organizations, faculty, staff, and the community, providing support and resources to ensure successful events and programs.
- Facilitate a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
- Implement emergency and safety procedures in coordination with university policies.
- Analyze usage data and feedback to recommend improvements to the facilities and services.
Building Assistant
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, respond to guest inquiries, and offer information about Union facilities and services.
- Event Support: Assist in the organization and execution of events, including setup and tear-down.
- Facility Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Union's facilities.
- Safety Procedures: Support and enforce safety and emergency protocols in line with university and building policies.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with Union staff to ensure facility readiness and resource availability for events.
