Student Leadership and Engagement manages reservations for the Campbell Student Union. Student leaders of recognized student organizations and campus departments at Buffalo State are invited to request space in the building. Reservations in academic buildings, The Plaza, and green space can be requested by faculty, staff, and student leaders through Events Management.
Events in the Social Hall, Assembly Hall, and use of the entire upper/lower lobby areas will require at least 30 days notice and an event planning meeting at least 15 days prior to your event with Student Leadership and Engagement.
Space requests for tabling and the 4th-floor conference rooms should be completed at least 7 days before your event for adequate processing time.
Reservations can be made by completing the space request form at least 9 months prior to an event.
You will need to enter your Buffalo State credentials and enable pop-ups on your device to access the form. A primary contact has been assigned for student organizations to submit space requests.

Requests submitted will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that a request for space does not guarantee a reservation.
Event Planning Meetings
All Requests for the Social Hall, Assembly Hall, and use of the entire upper/lower lobby areas require an event planning meeting at least 15 days before the event. These reservations will be "pending," and the space held until the meeting is held.
Failure to attend an event planning meeting at least 15 days before the event may result in the reservation being canceled. These meetings will discuss how the space will be utilized, room rental and equipment fees, and any other specifics of the event.
A space confirmation will be used when a rental contract is issued to the host by Student Leadership and Engagement.
