Room rental fees are charged to external and sponsored external groups. The fees include set up/tear down, tables, and chairs. Use of student union rooms by registered student organizations and on-campus departments are available at no charge (appropriate user and equipment fees may apply).
External groups are considered entities not associated with the Buffalo State community. These can be community organizations, outside businesses, professional development organizations, etc.
