Kevin Cheney works in Product at Squire. He was an early hire that has also spent time in Customer Success Leadership, managing Squire's Onboarding team.
Courtney Caldwell is cofounder & COO of ShearShare. Prior to launching ShearShare with her husband, she spent 20+ years building winning teams in tech marketing for organizations such as Oracle, Zendesk, and RightNow Technologies. Courtney recently received an honorary doctorate degree from Miracle University and is the 33rd African-American female to raise $1 million in venture funding.
Dr. Tye Caldwell is cofounder & CEO of ShearShare, the first on-demand salon and barbershop space rental app. He is a 29-year industry veteran, best-selling author, educator, and small business coach that serves on multiple beauty school advisory boards, as a frequent guest lecturer at barber colleges and hairstyling institutes around the country, and is the first African-American male member-elect to the Professional Beauty Association's Advisory Council.
Shaun broke from an early engineering career with the Navy to blaze a new path in music education involving a complex mix of hardware, software, and app ecosystems. He specializes in international logistics and manufacturing operations, along with being an expert in crowdfunding with six successful campaigns under his belt.
Christian came to Western New York chasing his dream of playing in the NFL. After stints with the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts, Gaddis began his career in communications. His journey in the startup world began in 2022 when he joined the 43North team to head up its Forge Buffalo hiring initiative—working closely with 43North’s portfolio companies and other startup and tech companies in Buffalo’s growing ecosystem.
