Gallup StrengthsFinder

Through engaging activities and insightful discussions, participants will delve deep into Gallup's strengths-based approach, identifying and harnessing their natural talents. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical strategies to leverage their strengths effectively, foster personal growth, and increase productivity.

SAFE Zone Training

Safe Zone trainings are opportunities to learn about LGBTQ+ identities, gender and sexuality, and examine prejudice, assumptions, and privilege. Participants will participate in hands-on activities and will be provided with a SAFE Zone sticker upon completion of the training.

DiSC Profile Assessment

DiSC assessments are used in thousands of organizations around the world, from sprawling government agencies and Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits and small businesses. The reason is simple: DiSC profiles help build stronger, more effective working relationships. DiSC will teach participants how to raise self-awareness, improve teamwork, and make conflict more productive. Participants will be able to take the DiSC inventory and receive their own unique self-assessment report.
