Recognized Buffalo State Chapters can participate in Recruitment for the Spring 2022 semester starting February, 7. 

Interest Applications

Students interested in participating in Spring 2022 recruitment can fill out an interest application.

Greek Life Interest Form

This form is for students interested in learning more about Greek Life and the recruitment process. In addition, it will also allow you to connect with recognized Greek organizations at Buffalo State.

NPC Recruitment Application

This application is required for all students interested in participating in recruitment for National Panhellenic Council sororities. Completing this application will notify Student Leadership and Engagement a student would like to enter the recruitment process.

Intake Proposal Requirements

All recognized Greek organizations are required to submit their Spring 2022 Intake Proposal to Student Leadership and Engagement for review. Additionally, organizations are required to submit their Fall 2021 active roster. These documents are due via Bengal Connect on February 4, 2022.

Prospective New Member Roster Submission

All recognized Greek organizations are required to submit their Prospective New Member roster using the template form provided by Student Leadership and Engagement. This is due via Bengal Connect on February 18, 2022 at 3:00pm.

Final Spring 2022 Roster

All recognized Greek organizations are required to submit their FINAL Spring 2022 rosters using the template form provided by Student Leadership and Engagement.

This is due via Bengal Connect on March 25th at 3:00pm.

ALL Greek organizations must submit an updated roster by March 25, regardless of if they took in new members. An eligibility check of all members will take place upon submission.

Recruitment Schedule

Emerging Greek Member (EGM) Workshops

All prospective new members for each organization are required to attend the Emerging Greek Member workshops hosted by Student Leadership and Engagement.
